Bio

In the early 2000's, I was a visual artist and worked very intuitively through painting and drawing. I was living in New Orleans as an art teacher and Hurricane Katrina relocated me back to my home in Nashville, Tennessee. Over the course of a the next few months, I began making sketches of a figure on a massage table with another figure touching their feet or head. With no job, my sister offered me her position as a testing proctor before she moved back to New York. I began the job and one of the tests was "Aesthetician." Students would leave their text books in the office and I began flipping through and exploring this field. This launched my new interest in body work and I received my aesthetician license in 2008. During my training, I began to see energy as I worked on clients. This provoked my interests in energy work and I proceeded to study Reiki. Next I traveled to North Carolina to learn facial reflexology with Danish native Lone Sorensen in 2010. I traveled to Arizona to study Oncology Aesthetics from Morag Curin. Soon after a position at St. Thomas hospital in Nashville, Tennessee opened up and I became part of the Complimentary Medicine Program. My focus was caring for cancer patients and client's with facial paralysis and Bell's palsy.

After moving to Bainbridge, Washington in 2014, I continued my studies in reflexology and traveled to Barcelona with Lone Sorensen. In 2022 I entered a 286-hour Reflexology Certification program at Reflexology Academy NW in Tacoma, WA and became State and Nationally Board Certified. I've since taken Continuing Education classes from Integrated Foot Hand & Ear Reflexology Instructor and author Stephanie Sabounchian.

The universe led me to this work and I am very passionate to share it with you.
